Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, and Italian dressing mix until smooth.
- Place the rice in the bottom of a greased casserole dish.
- Layer the chicken on top of the rice and pour the cream mixture evenly over the chicken and rice.
- Dot the top with butter and sprinkle with freshly grated Parmesan cheese.
- Cover the casserole dish with foil and bake for 30 minutes; then remove the foil and bake for another 10 minutes until golden and bubbling.
