1/2 cup honey

6 ounces mushrooms sliced

1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1 Tablespoon olive oil

6 slices bacon cooked then chopped

2 cups Colby-Jack shredded cheese

Freshly chopped parsley


Instructions

  • In a bowl, whisk together Dijon mustard, honey, mayo, and lemon juice to create the marinade.
  • Place the chicken breasts in a resealable bag and pour the marinade over them. Seal and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (or overnight for better flavor).
  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add sliced mushrooms, seasoned salt, and black pepper, sautéing until mushrooms are tender.
