Ingredients
Salmon fillets
Olive oil
Garlic powder
Paprika
Salt & black pepper
Lemon wedges
Tartar sauce
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels and place them in a bowl.
- Drizzle olive oil over the fillets and season with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Rub the seasoning evenly on both sides.
- Place the salmon fillets in the air fryer basket skin-side down.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes, depending on the thickness of the fillets, until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- Serve immediately with lemon wedges and your choice of tartar sauce.
Notes
For thicker fillets, you may need to add a couple of minutes to the cooking time. Adjust seasoning if using pre-mixed blends.
