diced

1 avocado

¼ cup soy sauce

1 tablespoon sesame oil

1 tablespoon rice vinegar

1 teaspoon honey or agave syrup

1 teaspoon sriracha (optional for heat)

1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Mini crispy wonton cups or tortilla chips for serving

Fresh cilantro or microgreens for garnish (optional)


Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the diced ahi tuna, avocado, cucumber, and green onions.
  • In a separate small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, honey or agave syrup, and sriracha until well blended.
  • Pour the sauce over the tuna mixture and gently toss to coat evenly.
