1 cup peanut butter OR ⅔ cup peanut butter powder + ⅓ cup water
½ cup baking sweetener
1 egg
½ cup peanut butter powder
pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter (or rehydrated peanut butter powder), baking sweetener, egg, peanut butter powder, and a pinch of salt.
- Mix until a dough forms.
- Scoop out the dough and place onto a lined baking sheet, flattening each cookie slightly.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, until slightly golden.
- Let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
For a denser cookie, use regular peanut butter. Adjust baking time as needed for softer or firmer cookies.
