4–6 Tbsp honey
4 Tbsp lemon juice (60mL)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 170°F (77°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a blender, combine your chosen fruit, honey, and lemon juice. Blend until smooth.
- Pour the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and spread it evenly using a spatula.
- Bake for about 6-8 hours, or until the fruit leather is dry to the touch and slightly tacky.
- Once cool, peel the fruit leather off and cut it into strips.
- Store in an airtight container for up to two weeks.
Notes
Frozen fruit yields a smoother texture; just thaw before blending. Adjust sweetness based on the fruit’s tartness and your preference.
