4 Tbsp lemon juice (60mL)


Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 170°F (77°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a blender, combine your chosen fruit, honey, and lemon juice. Blend until smooth.
  • Pour the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and spread it evenly using a spatula.
  • Bake for about 6-8 hours, or until the fruit leather is dry to the touch and slightly tacky.
  • Once cool, peel the fruit leather off and cut it into strips.
  • Store in an airtight container for up to two weeks.
