Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut the salmon filets into bite-sized pieces.
- In a bowl, mix together seasonings: sweet paprika, brown sugar, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
- Toss the salmon pieces with the seasoning blend until evenly coated.
- Place the salmon bites in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes, until salmon is cooked through and flakes easily.
- While the salmon is cooking, prepare the bang bang sauce by mixing mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, honey, lemon juice, and sriracha in a separate bowl.
- Once cooked, remove the salmon bites from the air fryer and drizzle with the bang bang sauce or serve on the side for dipping.
Notes
Feel free to adjust the spiciness of the bang bang sauce by adding more or less sriracha according to your taste.
